Terms & Services (C Tree Removal Services, LLC)

These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and any online forms, communications, and related services provided by C Tree Removal Services, LLC (“C Tree Removal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website (the “Site”) or submitting a request through our forms, you agree to these Terms.

C Tree Removal provides tree removal and related services. The Site is provided for general information and to allow you to request quotes, schedule inquiries, or contact us.

2.) Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Requests for quotes: Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee pricing, availability, or acceptance of a job.

Estimates: Any estimate provided is based on information available at the time (including photos, descriptions, or an on-site review). Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described or observed.

Scheduling: Appointment times are estimates. Weather, job complexity, safety considerations, equipment needs, and emergencies can affect scheduling.

Right to refuse service: We may decline or discontinue service for safety reasons, access issues, unlawful requests, or other business reasons.

3.) No Online Payments (Current)

At this time, we do not accept payment through the Site and do not collect payment card information online. Payment terms (if applicable) will be handled separately and may be documented on an invoice or service agreement.

4.) Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide accurate quotes and safe service, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and service location information

Disclose known hazards (e.g., unstable trees, power lines, septic systems, underground utilities, pets, restricted access, gates/locks)

Provide reasonable access to the work area

Ensure pets are secured and the work area is kept clear of non-essential persons during service

Obtain approvals from property owners/HOA when required

Utilities: You are responsible for contacting 811 (or confirming it has been contacted) when required for underground utility marking prior to work that may involve digging/stump grinding.

5.) Safety and Job Site Conditions

Tree work can be hazardous. You agree to follow any safety instructions we provide and to keep a safe distance from work zones. We may pause or stop work if safety conditions are not met.

6.) Limitation of Liability (Website)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including indirect or consequential damages.

This section applies to website use and online communications. Separate job-specific responsibilities and liabilities may be addressed in a written service agreement or invoice.

7.) Communication Consent (Calls, Email, SMS)

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you to respond to your inquiry and provide service-related communications, including by phone call, email, and text message.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information in Section 13.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent not required: Consent to receive texts is not required as a condition of purchase.

8.) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Use the Site to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others

We may restrict or block access if we believe misuse is occurring.
